He and his wife, Crescence and five children arrived in the United States
27 Oct 1835 from Le Harve, France, on the ship "Frnace". John was naturalized,
final papers, 15 Feb 1844 in Erie County, NY. He was married to Marie
Crescence WAGNER (daughter of Francois Joseph WAGNER and Magdalena JOST)
on 22 Dec 1821 in Niederlauterbach, Bas Rhin, Alsace, France.
