This is the baptism record of Andrew Hock (1821-1891),
son of Jacob Hock and Barbara Lang.

The record is in Latin. Here is how I read it, which may be incorrect:

Here is my attempt at translation, with punctuation:

Baptisms [for the year] 1821

Hock:

On the 8th day [of the month] at the eighth hour at night is born and afterward baptized Andreas,
[son of] Jacob Hock, resident and tailor in this town, and Barbara born Lang,
a married couple. Godparent [is] Andreas Mathias Hock, resident in this town.
