This is the baptism record of Frank Hock (1832-1904),
son of Jacob Hock and Barbara Lang.
The record is in Latin. Here is how I read it, which may be incorrect:

Jacobi Hok incolae ac sartoris hujatis et Barbarae natae Langin
conjugum filius levante Mathase Hok incola ac linifico hujate
Here is my attempt at translation, with punctuation:
Baptisms [for the year] 1832

Hok:
On the 19th day [of the month] at the first hour at night is born and afterward baptized Franciscus,
[son of] Jacob Hock, resident and tailor in this town, and Barbara born Lang,
a married couple. Godparent [is] Matthaus Hock, resident and linen weaver in this town.
