- Edward Charles Oswald
- Born 1905 in Canada
- Died 1986
- Husband of Dorothy Donovan
- E-Mail correspondence from Judy Ohmann Baillargeon, October, 2001
- "I am not related to the Oswalds, but my best friend when I was
growing up in Niagara Falls (LaSalle) was a Karen Oswald. Her father was
Edward and I think her mother was Dorothy. They did live on 74th street,
probably that address. The house was on a corner. She had an older sister,
name possibly Barbara. Edward was a deputy chief with the Niagara Falls
Fire Dept. Dorothy was a teacher, I think at a Town of Niagara School
on Military Road. There was a grandmother who lived by the old Pacific
Ave school, but don't remember on which side of the family. Karen's married
name at one time was Blanco, I believe, she had one son. This is very
old information as I lost contact a long time ago. I have no idea of her
name now. Hope this is of some help to you, I am really stretching trying
to remember."

it is safe to assume that Louis was actually Catherine's brother.
