Bertha Noxel (1901-1971), my grandmother's cousin. She is the daughter of Philip Noxel and Anna Schneider.
Written on the back of this photo: "Written on the back: "Taken at Alden N.Y. Sept 9/23, Bertha (Noxel) - Spencer."
The original of this photo is currently in my possession (Brian Smith). It was passed from Aunt Sophie Schneider to Frank and Hazel Snider to Joan Nicolet to my father to me.
