Presumably, "CHS" is Charles Harrison Smith, who went by the nicname Bert. The card is addressed to "Mr. Wm E. Smith, Manistique, Mich, Schoolcraft Co." At the top of the card someone has written: "Court House, Manistique, Mich." There is no stamp on the card, so perhaps it was never sent.
This postcard belonged to Bert's niece, Leola Smith Chrysler. It is currently in my possession.
